Margaret Monckton
Our Assistant Chief Officer is Margaret Monckton.
Mrs Monckton joined the force in September 2010. After obtaining a Maths degree from Leicester University she went on to qualify as a chartered accountant at PKF. Her career then took her to Boots Head Office in Nottingham where she spent 12 years before taking up a Finance Director role at the National College for Leadership of Schools and Children’s Services.
She is passionate about people development and ensuring organisations are run efficiently.
Her responsibilities include finance and human resources.
Mrs Monckton is married with two children.
