Updated on 16th August 2012

Police investigating a burglary in Wollaton are appealing for information about a car believed to have been used by the suspects.

Four men forced their way into a property in Sutton Passeys Crescent just after 9.30pm on Saturday 11 August 2012.

They confronted a 92-year-old man in the house before snatching money and a small pouch containing three pairs of earrings and three gold bracelets.

The resident was left incredibly shaken but uninjured.

The men are believed to have fled the scene in a small, dark coloured, car. The suspects are white and aged between 35 and 40.

Detectives are urging witnesses, or anyone who may have seen the vehicle travelling in the direction of Middleton Boulevard, to call 101 extension 802 4518, or Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111.
