Appeal after vehicles damaged in Bulwell

Police are appealing for witnesses after more than 20 cars were damaged in Bulwell.

Vandals slashed tyres, smashed wing mirrors and ripped off aerials on vehicles parked in Cantrell Road, Nelson Road, Logan Street, Repton Road, Imperial Road, Broomhill Road and Henrietta Street.

The incidents happened overnight between Sunday 26 August and Monday 27 August 2012.

Police have received reports of 26 cars being damaged in the area but more may have been targeted.

In one incident two white men, aged in their 20s, were seen kicking wing mirrors in Nelson Road just before 11pm on Sunday.

Officers are carrying out house-to-house enquiries, reviewing CCTV and have increased patrols in the area.
