Did you see boy fall in Primark?

Updated on 1st November 2012

Police would like to speak to shoppers who saw a six-year-old boy fall from the first floor of a Nottingham store.

Officers are continuing to make enquiries, in liaison with health and safety officers from Nottingham City Council, to establish the circumstances surrounding the incident.

It happened in Primark, in Long Row, at about 2.25pm on Wednesday 24 October 2012.

The boy was taken to the Queen’s Medical Centre, in Nottingham, where he remains in a serious condition.

Police have already spoken to a number of witnesses and taken a number of statements, but there may be other people in the store that day who saw what happened and have not yet contacted officers.

Witnesses, or anyone with information, are asked to call DS Donny Suban on 101 extension 810 1233, or Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111.
