Do you recognise man in CCTV?

Police have issued CCTV images of a man they want to speak to in connection with an incident in Hyson Green.
A three-year-old boy was with his mother in Noel Street when they were approached by a man who stubbed a cigarette out on the boys head.
It happened near to the tram stop at about 6.30pm on Thursday 6 September 2012.
The suspect is black, between 30 and 35 years old, about 5ft 3ins tall, of average build, and was clean shaven with short afro style hair.
He was wearing a grey top and a black jacket.
Anyone who recognises the man in the CCTV images should call Nottinghamshire Police on 101, quoting incident 557 of 6 September 2012 or Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111.
