Do you recognise this man?

Police want to talk to the man in this CCTV image in relation to a fuel theft. 
It happened at the Co-operative filling station in Woodborough Road, Mapperley in Nottingham at about 7.10pm on Saturday 12 January.
The car was filled up with £50 of diesel and driven away without any payment made.
The man is described as white, of a skinny build with a shaven head and in his early 20s.
