Securing your motorcycle
- Secure your motorcycle or scooter with a strong steel cable or a D-lock and attach it to security rails or a post that is anchored to the ground
- For extra security fit an approved alarm and immobiliser to your bike
- Get your motorbike marked with its vehicle identification number (VIN)
- Keep your bike out of sight when it’s not in use by storing it in a garage or shed or using a cover
