He said "I am really look forward to working on a Neighbourhood Policing Area that benefits from having a committed team of officers who hold a wealth of experience and local knowledge - they know who the persistent offenders are and where to target their efforts. They are working hard to be visible and accessible to their communities and my role is to ensure that these Pledge promises are met.
"The officers and support staff have a good relationship with partners from the local authority, partner agencies as well as the communities of East Bassetlaw. Without their support the reduction in crime and antisocial behaviour across the area would not have been possible. I’m looking forward to working with these partners to further tackle the issues that are identified by our communities".
