Beat Update
On 19/01/2012 The Beat Team attended an Open Safer Neighbourhood Committee meeting at Brand Court Stanton Hill. Parking issues on New Lane Stanton Hill were discussed with the local councillor who was present. PCSO Foreman discussed the need and importance to hold Beat Surgeries in other areas so that residents in Skegby and Teversal do not have to travel to Stanton Hill every time. Despite poor attendance when this has previously been tried it was agreed that it is a service that we need to persevere with. The Beeches community centre and the scout hut were places mentioned that may be able to hold a surgery.
