Basford/Hyson Green
The Basford and Hyson Green Neighbourhood Policing Area, based at Radford Road Police Station, covers the neighbouring areas of Basford and Hyson Green, which lie to the north west of Nottingham city centre.
Both areas have a stop on Line One of the Nottingham Express Transit tram system. Home to one of Nottingham's most culturally diverse communities, Hyson Green has a district shopping centre and the local Forest Recreation Ground hosts Nottingham's world-famous Goose Fair every October.
Basford has a mix of residential, industrial and commercial areas and spans Nottingham's ring road.
