Beat Update

Current Update - February

During January there have been 3 Burglaries all three have been in different areas of the beat so there is no specific pattern to them at all.

With this is mind, please ensure that your windows and doors are locked and secure and that any Vehicles are secure. If you are in need of any Crime Prevention Advice please contact one of the team.

There is a new priority for the whole of Basford based around the Stockhill beat including concerns about Anti Social Behaviour, Speeding Vehicles and Dog fouling.

Stockhill Neighbourhood Policing Team has been conducting patrols outside both Ellis Guilford School and Old Basford Primary School at the end of the day and this seems to be well received by residents.

We also have a new initiative called Nottinghamshire alert. This works by the Neighbourhood Policing Team sending emails/texts to people who have signed up to it and letting them know what is happening in their area on a regular basis. Please get in contact with your local officers if you are interested.

If you have any concerns or witness any suspicious activity please do not hesitate to contact us at the earliest opportunity to investigate the matter.
