“I have fully enjoyed this role and created excellent connections with the local community and partnership agencies which have seen crime in the area fall year on year.

I am delighted to be offered this opportunity to work back at Oxclose Lane police station and being responsible for Bestwood and Basford Neighbourhood Policing Area. The area I know personally, having worked across the area for over the past 5 years and I will continue to try and reduce crime and improve the area in which you live.

I fully support members of the community who want to work with us and help make a difference.  I have met some really enthusiastic people here in Basford and Bestwood previously who are passionate to make area a better place to live. I share that passion and will continue to work hard for you.

This is what policing is all about, by addressing issues that matter to you, we will continue to relentlessly pursue criminals and support efforts to make your neighbourhood a safer place. I will endevour to increase the trust and confidence within your community and together we will fight crime and antisocial behaviour.”
