Hillside
The Hillside area commences at Abbey Bridge and follows the path of the railway line that runs north to Ilkeston Road. The boundary then runs along Wollaton Road until it reaches Crown Island and then onto Sutton Passeys Crescent, incorporating the Wollaton Park Estate. The boundary also includes Adams Hill before it runs south down Clifton Boulevard to the junction of Abbey Street and back along to Abbey Bridge.
The QMC complex is situated within Hillside, as is The University of Nottingham's Jubilee Campus.
There are three public houses on the area, mainly frequented by students and people working locally.
There are two small rows of shops in the area, one on Derby Road close to Hillside, and one on Farndon Green, Wollaton Park. There are no schools in the area and one place of worship, St Mary’s Church on Wollaton Hall Drive, where the local police LAG meetings are held.
