Prevent burglaries
Please be vigilant and ensure you don’t leave windows and doors open unnecessarily and without other security measures.
Crime prevention advice can be obtained from the Neighbourhood Policing Team on 101 extension 8015062.

Smartwater
SmartWater is a forensic fluid containing millions of microscopic particles that make up an individual property identification code. This liquid solution can be painted onto household items and leaves a forensic fingerprint encoded with the owner's details and which is virtually impossible to remove.
Please contact your Neighbourhood Team for more details.

Vehicle crime
Could we please take this opportunity to remind members of the public not to leave valuable items on display in their vehicles and to ensure that items such as Satellite Navigation cradles are removed, hidden from view and marks left by them removed from windscreens.
