Nuthall and Strelley Village

Back to Southern - Kimberley, Watnall and Nuthall

Nuthall West

Nuthall West has a large community set either side of Nottingham Road and bordered by Kimberley and Watnall, with access to the A610 and the M1 junction 26.

Within the area there are two public houses, a school and a recreation park.

Nuthall East

Nuthall East has a large residential community located either side of Broxtowe Country Park and set between the A610 and B6002, with access to the M1 junction 26.

There are three public houses, two infant/junior schools and a Post Office.

Strelley Village

Strelley Village is a small rural area consisting of farmland, woodland and a small community.

Strelley Village is only accessed by the B6002 and bordered by the M1 motorway.

Within the village there is a public house, a church and Strelley Hall.

    • 9th Street Briefing
      Meadow Rise, Nuthall, 7:00pm - 8:00pm
      The Nuthall Local Beat Team will be in the area carrying out a high visibility foot patrol. Crime prevention advice will be passed out and the latest figures will be given out to local residents. Crime prevention materials will also be made available on the night.
    • 19th Beat Surgery
      Spar, Upminster Drive, Nuthall, 11:00am - 12:00pm
      The Nuthall Local Beat Team will be in the area carrying out a high visibility static observation patrol. Crime prevention advice will be passed out and the latest figures will be given out to local residents. Crime prevention materials will also be made available on the day.

      Boden Drive, Nuthall, 7:00pm - 8:00pm
      The Nuthall Local Beat Team will be in the area carrying out a high visibility foot patrol. Crime prevention advice will be passed out and the latest figures will be given out to local residents. Crime prevention materials will also be made available on the night.

Nuthall East –

Anti Social Behaviour – 2

02/02/2012 Field at the rear of Anders Drive and it also leads to Millennium Way Industrial Estate – Mini motorcycle causing a noise nuisance.

06/02/2012 Mornington Crescent – Snowballs thrown at a property, youths nearby stopped checked and return visits will be conducted at their home addresses.

Criminal Damage – 2

06/02/2012 Carterswood Drive – between the 05/02/2012 and 06/02/2012 a property has had 3 windows smashed including the patio door.

06/02/2012 Focus House, Millennium Way West – Between the 03/02/2012 and 06/02/2012 a refuse bin located behind wooden panel fencing has been set alight.

Theft from motor vehicle – 3

02/02/2012 Colliers Way – front and rear vehicle registration plates stolen from the vehicle. Plates were then used in a non payment of fuel theft at the BP St Mary’s Station opposite. Plates were then found abandoned in a garden on Cedarland Crescent.

07/02/2012 Colindale Gardens and Drummond Drive – vehicles passenger side windows smashed and glove boxes searched. Four males located in the area by officers and matching the descriptions given were arrested.

Anti Social Behaviour – 4

03/02/2012 x3 Oakash Court Flat Complex.

06/02/2012 Oak Drive – Shouting nuisance outside of the property.

Strelley Village –

04/02/2012 College Way – Snowballs thrown at the property.
