Rushcliffe North

The borough of Rushcliffe enjoys relatively low crime levels and a good quality of life.

Rushcliffe North Neighbourhood Policing Area covers West Bridgford, Gamston, Lady Bay and Compton Acres and the village of Ruddington.

West Bridgford is separated from the city of Nottingham by the River Trent. It is in close proximity to Nottingham Forest football stadium and the Notts County cricket ground and boasts a busy town centre. It also enjoys a vibrant nightlife with an increasing number of pubs and café bars.

Many of the local businesses and licensed premises in Rushcliffe North are members of successful Shopwatch and Pubwatch schemes. Also, more than 20 businesses have signed up to a radio scheme that will help tackle crime in the area.
