Incident: Goose Gate assault

Nottinghamshire Police were called to reports of a disturbance at 3.20am in Goose Gate, Nottingham.

Officers arrived and found three men with leg injuries thought to be inflicted with a knife.

Two 23-year-old men and a 21-year-old man were taken to Queen's medical Centre with injuries not thought to be life threatening.

A police investigation has been launched and inquiries are ongoing into what happened.

A section of Goose Gate, Brightmoor Street and Wing Walk are currently closed to the public while officers work the scene.
