UPDATE: Men charged after cannabis grow found

Mohammed Imran, 38 and Anwar Sulliman, 34, both of Elizabeth St, Bradford and Glen Johnson, 46, of Kettlewell Dr, Bradford have each been charged with offences relating to modern slavery, kidnap, false imprisonment, production of cannabis and possession with Intent to supply cannabis.

Officers gained entry to a property in Mount Street, New Basford during the evening of Monday 7 August 2017.

Once inside, the team found what appeared to be a large amount of cannabis plants. The officers also found seven people in the property, who they believe were being forced to work.

Inquiries will continue following the men appearing at Nottingham Magistrates court this morning (11 August 2017). All three have been remanded in custody.
