    Two men will appear before magistrates today (Wednesday 25 August) accused of robbing an Arnold post office. Danniel Donaldson, 22, of Naomi Crescent, Bulwell, and Jacob Harvey Sharpe-Adams, 21, of The Close, Sherwood, have been charged with committing robbery at the Killisick Post Office, in Beechwood Road, on Monday 23 August.

The 24-year-old victim, of Winterton Rise, Bestwood, died of a gun shot wound to the head in a garden in Heatherington Gardens, Top Valley, in the early hours of Saturday 21 August.

  • Reward offered to aid search for travel agency robber

    A reward of up to £1,000 has been confirmed for information leading to the arrest and charge of the person who robbed a Worksop travel agency earlier this month. The Crimestoppers charity has confirmed the reward offer and hopes that CCTV images of a suspect, released today, will prompt people to call 0800 555 111 with vital information about the robbery.
