Staff Gross Misconduct Hearing
Between September and November 2022 the former police staff member engaged in secondary employment in work unconnected to Nottinghamshire Police when he should have been at work with Nottinghamshire Police and without seeking authority or requesting leave/time off. The former staff member also fraudulently manipulated the duties booking system stating he had been at work or engaged in police duties when it has been found that this was not in fact the case.
Gross misconduct found
Would have been dismissed if still remained employed.
