Nature of the misconduct allegation

The former officer breached the Standards of Professional Behaviour by his actions relating to his conduct whilst off duty in June 2022 when, whilst intoxicated, he tried to force his way in to licenced premises in Nottingham and failed to leave the area of the city centre when directed to by officers on duty.
