It is alleged the officer breached the Standards of Professional Behaviour by using a police vehicle with emergency equipment in use and driving in excess of the speed limits when he did not have a legitimate excuse or policing purpose, resulting in a collision with an animal causing substantial damage to the police vehicle on the 26th April 2023.
