Nature of the misconduct allegation
On the 11th March 2023, whilst off duty, former Police Sergeant 3757 Paul Clarke attended a public house in Newark. Whilst there it is alleged he bought alcoholic drinks for a girl (person B) whom he knew to be 16 years old. It is also alleged on the same occasion former Police Sergeant 3757 Paul Clarke was in the company of an adult female (person A) who had cannabis in her possession and that the former officer failed to take any action in respect of possession of a controlled drug.
