Nature of the misconduct allegation
In August 2022, the former officer made a comment towards a female colleague that is alleged to have been inappropriately personal and discriminatory.
In October 2022, the former officer made a comment towards a female colleague that is alleged to have been inappropriate, harassing and/or discriminatory.
In or around October 2022, the former officer showed a female colleague pictures on his mobile phone and made comments relating to the pictures which is alleged to have been inappropriate. The former officer also made a further comment towards the same colleague which is alleged to have been inappropriate.
In December 2022, the former officer made remarks to two female colleagues about a vehicle he owned. The remarks are alleged to have been inappropriate and trivialised sexual violence.
