37-year-old man charged after report of malicious communication

A 37-year-old man is due to appear at Nottingham Magistrates’ Court on Friday 3 January 2020 charged in connection with a report of malicious communication.

Samuel Naylor, of Nottingham Road, Eastwood, is charged with sending a letter, communication or article conveying a threatening message regarding The Labour Party leader, Jeremy Corbyn.

The incident was reported to Nottinghamshire Police on Tuesday 19 November 2019.
