Appeal: Did you witness Retford burglary?

Officers from Nottinghamshire Police are appealing for information and witnesses following a report of aggravated burglary in Retford.

Nottinghamshire Police was called to Elm Walk, Thrumpton, at around 4pm on Saturday 30 November 2019 to a report of two or three suspects entering a property and threatening a victim before forcing them to hand over a sum of cash.

Detective Sergeant Jamie Moore, of Nottinghamshire Police, said: “This would have been an incredibly terrifying experience for the victim and their bravery in this situation is commendable.

“If anyone witnessed the incident or has any information that could aid officers in their investigation, please contact 101 and quote incident number 578 of 30 November 2019.”
