Appeal: Do you recognise this man?

Police investigating a report of assault would like to speak to this man as part of their enquiries.

The incident was reported to have happened in Queens Road in Beeston at around 7.15pm on Thursday 4 February 2021.

A woman was alleged to have had her wrists grabbed by a man who then shook them and pulled at her jacket, causing the distress for the victim.

Today, Nottinghamshire Police has released an image of a man they would like to speak to in connection with the incident.

Sergeant Howard Kirkland, of Nottinghamshire Police, said: “I’m appealing to anyone who may recognise this man to get in touch with us as soon as possible.

“While no one was injured in this incident, it was understandable frightening for the victim and we are working hard to establish the circumstances.

“If you recognise the man pictured, witnessed the incident or have any information that could help the investigation, please do not hesitate to contact Nottinghamshire Police on 101 quoting incident number 241 of 5 February 2021.”
