Appeal for witnesses following burglary in Retford

Officers are appealing for information following an attempted burglary in Thrumpton Lane, Retford, at around 9.30pm on Saturday 9 March.

The suspects are believed to have smashed a window to gain entry to the house, before fleeing the scene after the occupants’ dog became aware of them.

The suspects were described as two men wearing camouflaged clothing and bandanas, which covered their faces. They were both described as around 5ft 10ins tall with a local accent.
