Newark Police officers recently located a stolen John Deere vehicle in Clay Lane, which highlights the value of fitting a tracker in vehicles.

It was located on 14 November 2019 following a burglary from Newark Cemetery the night before.

The find was help of a tracker and the What 3 Words app which was on officer work phones, which pinpointed the location.

The vehicle was recovered and returned back to the local council.

Tracking the vehicle down highlights the value of fitting plant and other equipment with a tracker.
