Man arrested after warrant in Rosegarth Walk

Police arrested a 30-year-old man after executing a warrant at Rosegarth Walk in Basford yesterday (7 November 2019).

Nottinghamshire Police officers seized illegal drugs, bladed weapons and a large sum of cash from the property.

The man has been released under investigation pending further enquiries.

Neighbourhood Inspector Gordon Fenwick said: “Nottinghamshire Police takes drugs offences very seriously and we will always thoroughly investigate any reports made to us.

“I encourage anyone who has any information about suspicious activity in their area to report it. You can call Nottinghamshire Police on 101 or call Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111.”
