Man charged following Langold aggravated burglary

A man’s been charged in connection with an aggravated burglary in Langold.

We were called to Church Street at around 9am on Wednesday 7 November to reports that a man had been attacked in his own home, threatened with a hammer, and tied up before several items were stolen.

Adam North, 32, of Charlton-in-Lindrick have been arrested and charged with burglary, intent to commit grievous bodily harm, theft of a motor vehicle and driving while disqualified.

He’s been remanded in custodyand due to appear at Nottingham Crown Court on 7 December.
