Officers appealing for vehicle crime incidents

During the nights of the 18-19 November 2019 unknown offenders have targeted vans in the Wollaton and Wollaton East areas on Rushford Drive, Hollinwell Avenue, Wollaton Vale and Kingswood Road.

These offenders have tried and attacked the back doors of the vans between 6pm on 18 November and 7am on 18 November 2019 and at around 8pm on the 19 November 2019.

Two delivery vans have also been stolen across the Bilborough and Aspley areas on Meldreth and Alwyn Road following delivery drivers leaving their vehicles insecure/running whilst making deliveries.

As yet the offenders from these incidents remain outstanding.

Officers would like to remind all vehicle owners to please make sure you secure your cars and vans with no valuables or power tools inside and to make sure that no vehicles are being left running whilst unattended.
