Pair injured after crash in Scrooby

Emergency services have attended a crash involving two cars in Scrooby.

The collision, which was reported to police at 11.44am today, happened in Gibbet Hill Lane.

A woman has been airlifted to hospital with serious injuries. A man in the other car suffered injuries which are not believed to be life-threatening.

The A614 is currently closed in both directions. Motorists are advised to avoid the area.

Anyone with any information, including drivers who may have any dashcam footage, are urged to call Nottinghamshire Police on 101, quoting incident number 302 of 22 October 2018.

Police have reopened A614 which was closed earlier today (Monday 22 October 2018).
