Renewed appeal: Image released following Rainworth robbery

Officers have released an image of a man they want to speak after a robbery in Rainworth.

A man entered a shop in Kirklington Road with a knife at around 10.40am on Thursday 19 October 2017. He threatened the shop assistant and got away with cash.

The man in the photo is described as white, 5ft 7ins tall, in his early 20s with a local accent. He was wearing dark trousers, a black hooded jacket with a black t-shirt underneath which had a white design on it and a black balaclava.

It's believed he came from the direction of Kirklington Road and left turning right onto Top Street heading towards the field which leads to the bypass.
