Appeal launched following sexual assault in city store

Officers investigating a sexual assault have released images of a man they’d like to speak to.
A teenage girl was shopping in Poundland, in Wheeler Gate, Nottingham, when she was approached by a man who asked for her number.
The girl said no but the man persisted before sexually assaulting her.
Police believe the man in the images may have information that can assist the investigation.
The incident happened at around 6pm on 21 July.
PC Ben Harwood, of Nottinghamshire Police, said:
“We really want to speak to the man in the image as we believe he may have information that can help our investigation.
“We take all reports of sexual assaults seriously and will investigate every single incident.
“The victim was left shaken and is being supported by our team.”
