Detectives have released a CCTV image of a man they’d like to speak to in connection with an overnight burglary.
Two mobile phones and a bank card were taken during the raid which happened at a property in Park Row, Nottingham city centre.
The victim’s stolen bank card was subsequently used fraudulently at shops in Upper Parliament Street.
Inquiries are ongoing into the burglary which happened between 11pm on 16 September and 5am on 17 September.
Detective Constable Tim Townsend, of Nottinghamshire Police, said:
“The victim woke up and went to check his phone. He then realised his phones and wallet were missing.
"We are pursuing a number of lines of inquiry to find those responsible for this incident and we are appealing to the man in this image, or anyone who recognises him, to please get in touch as we believe he may have vital information which could assist us with our investigation.
“We’d also like to hear from anyone else with information, who has not already contacted us, who may have witnessed anything suspicious in the area at the time of the incident.”
