Police appeal after nightclub attack

Police investigating a violent incident would like to trace the two men in this image.
The incident happened inside a nightclub in Newark at around 2am on Saturday 21 September.
A man was punched multiple times and was knocked unconscious. A second male victim was also assaulted and sustained a swollen jaw.
Officers investigating what happened believe the two people seen in this CCTV image may be able to help them with their inquiries.
PC Ali Hussain, of Nottinghamshire Police, said:
“This was a nasty incident and we are determined to bring those responsible to justice.
“To this end we believe the people pictured in this image may be able to help us with our inquiries and would urge them or anyone who knows them to get in touch.”
