A man has appeared in court after a large bag of drugs and a significant quantity of cash were seized.
Officers attended the ground floor flat in Westbourne Road, Sutton-in-Ashfield, at about 7.30pm on Wednesday 9 October after receiving reports of suspicious activity at the property.
A suspect was seen to leave the address from a window and was detained outside.
James Fenson, aged 21, has been charged with possessing a Class B drug with intent to supply and possessing criminal property.
Fenson, of Plackett Close, Stapleford, appeared at Nottingham Magistrates' Court on Friday and was released on conditional bail.
He is due to appear at the same venue on 17 February.
