Police are investigating after a woman had her personal belongings stolen whilst in Nottingham.
The victim was enjoying some drinks with a friend in the city centre and later noticed her bag had been stolen.
The bag contained her iPhone, bank card and driving license.
The bank card was used at various locations over the next few days, including convenience stores.
Police have today released an image of a man they wish to trace as it is believed he may have information that could assist the investigation into the theft, which happened on 1 February.
PC Roger Weir, who is leading the investigation, said:
“We’re appealing for the public to help us with our investigation and help us identify this man.
“This has been an ongoing investigation and we are now hoping that anyone who recognises the man pictured will come forward.
“No-one deserves to have their personal items stolen from them and this incident completely ruined the victim’s day out.
“If you do recognise this man, please contact us on 101, quoting crime reference 25*68036, or make an anonymous call to Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.”
