Police have released a CCTV image of a man they wish to trace after a woman was followed into a casino and harassed.
The victim was followed by a man after she left a tram in Nottingham city centre and went into a nearby casino.
He made inappropriate advances that caused the woman alarm and distress.
The incident happened on Saturday 7 December at around 7pm.
Police have been pursuing a number of lines of inquiry to trace the pictured man, as it is believed he can assist officers with their investigation.
They are now calling on the public’s help to identify him.
PC Morgan Stoddart, who is investigating the incident, said:
“This caused the victim a lot of distress and was completely inappropriate behaviour.
“Addressing violence against women and girls (VAWG), which includes abuse and stalking, is a force priority and that is why we are taking this report extremely seriously and working hard to identify the person involved.
“We are committed as a force to ensure women and girls feel safe within our city and county and so it is important we trace the man in the picture, as we believe he can assist the investigation.
“Do you know who he is? Are you the man in the picture? Please get in touch as soon as possible.”
