Police have issued an image of a man they would like to trace following an assault outside a Nottingham bar.
The victim sustained facial injuries after he was punched in Thurland Street at around 2.30am on Friday 27 December 2024.
As part of ongoing inquiries including reviewing CCTV and speaking to witnesses, we are appealing for anyone who recognises the person in this image to come forward.
PC Tamzin Elliott, of the City Centre neighbourhood policing team, said:
“The victim in this case was simply enjoying a night out when he was violently assaulted during an alteration involving a number of people.
“We have pursued several lines of inquiry in this investigation and are now asking the public for help.”
Anyone who recognises the man in the image is asked to Nottinghamshire Police on 101 quoting crime reference 24*766998.
If you wish to remain anonymous, you can pass information to Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.
