A misconduct hearing is to be held in respect of two serving police officers between 21 and 23 September 2026 at Nottinghamshire Police Headquarters, Sherwood Lodge, Arnold, Nottingham, NG5 8PP.
The officers will answer allegations that their conduct breached the Standards of Professional Behaviour in respect of Honesty and Integrity (Integrity only), Authority, Respect and Courtesy, Equality and Diversity, and Discreditable Conduct.
These allegations are contrary to the Police (Conduct) Regulations 2020. The chair Julia Debenham has received applications for the officers to be afforded anonymity and/or for certain elements to be heard in private and for those subject of the misconduct to be afforded anonymity, and in turn for reporting restrictions to be applied.
In accordance with Regulation 36(4) of the Police Conduct Regulations 2020, those entitled to make any representations regarding these applications are invited to do so within 7 days of publication of this notice, via email to [email protected]
