Gross Misconduct Hearing
On 16 August 2022 PC Fagura along with other officers attended an incident where a member of the public, had set fire to themselves. This incident had been witnessed by a member of the public who was subsequently involved in a dispute with police officers relating to the removal of his vehicle from the scene.
It is alleged that in the subsequent arrest of this member of the public, for a public order offence, PC Fagura used force which was unnecessary, disproportionate, and unreasonable.
