Who we are
We are Nottinghamshire Police. We work to keep people safe, prevent crime, and investigate incidents. We also help protect children, young people and adults in our communities.

- protect children and vulnerable people
- help people who may be at risk of harm
- support court cases
- meet our legal duties

- schools or education services

- government organisations
We'll only share information when it's necessary and appropriate.
How long do we keep your information?
We do not keep your information forever.
The length of time will depend on why we've collected it and legal requirements.
When we no longer need the information, it will be securely deleted or destroyed.
Your rights
You can ask questions about your information, request corrections and raise concerns.
Some rights may be limited when information is needed for policing purposes or to protect people.
