Applying to become a cadet

Recruitment opens in July for both our junior and senior police cadets with new recruits onboarded for the September. We then open recruitment again during November to onboard for January.

Application form

The first stage is to submit an online form detailing why you would like to join, your current skillset and any relevant experiences such as from school or sporting clubs.

Formal offer

Successful applicants will then be contacted to confirm a start date.
